Cub art

Cub art is furry art involving characters that are obviously underaged.
While almost all fandoms have this type of art (anime, Harry Potter, comics, etc.) furry still manages to outdo them in creepy factor. Score another one for furries! It manages this by the fact that while the underage characters in these other fandoms may range wildly in age, the average seems to be around twelve or thirteen. The underage characters in cub art average closer to five or six. Ten seems to be the cutoff age, any older and the "cubophile" loses their hardon.
Cub art has caused numerous drama meltdowns, especially on FurAffinity. (For more info, see Cub?! On my FurAffinity?!) Some insist that it is the most heinous thing furry has ever produced in its history of heinous things. Others think that stuff like guro and vore makes it look a little tame in comparison.

- Inuki says she doesn't draw cub art, but everyone knows she's lying. See Softpaw Magazine.
- Meesh used to do cub art, but got scared off by someone trolling him.
- Bloo draws cub art but hates cub art. She had a drama meltdown and OMG LEFT FurAffinity over it, but is now back and pretending it never happened.
- James Hardiman draws cub art under one of his alternate identities.
- Cigarskunk regularly commissions cub art of a character from a children's show.
- Sage Freehaven doesn't seem to like or be involved in cub art, but for some reason people have suggested he might be the target of pedophiles. Why? Because he's Sage Freehaven and people say weird shit about him.
