Herb "Herbie Bear" Rickards is the creator of the fictional Mousey Love Girls and the fictional women they're supposedly based off of. He's also very good friends with Cigarskunk, as this picture attests to.
Herb thought that since the YahooGroup for the MLG -- and thus, by extension, he himself -- wasn't getting any attention, he'd kill off one of the "women" behind the MLG to get sympathy and attention. For doing this, Herb has earned the distinct honor of becoming one of the biggest dicks in the furry fandom (despite pretty much every picture of his "fursona" depicts him with a dick so small you need a magnifying glass to see it, which is probably how big it is in real life).
