A Sergalfag who says he's working on a roleplaying game. Used to run under the name Sergaelic, but changed it to Phineas_Blackwell in an attempt to keep threads from getting derailed with Namefaggotry hatred.
Draws pictures consisting entirely of either Sergals or Patachu in Oekaki and in various old Macromedia programs. Also has an interest in Rain Silves.
