War on Furries

The War on Furries is an ongoing battle by the purest and truest members of the internet (mostly whiny jackoffs from 4chan and 7chan) to end the terror of furry's existence and make the interbutt once again a safe place to call other people "shitcock". But mostly, it gives them someone to feel less pathetic than, and give them an outlet through which to give somebody else some of the same shit they got from jocks in junior high.
For most, the War on Furries consists of spouting "gtfo furfag!", and then patting themselves on the back for well-executed fursecution. Others take it to an almost pathological level, where anything that even faintly reeks of furry is a good reason to have a drama meltdown. The War on Furries generally consists of shopping unfunny stuff onto the character Koyomi Mizuhara from Azumanga Daioh, and of anonymously being an internet tough guy to anyone you feel like calling a furry.
4chan generally likes to justify their own bit of the War on Furries by claiming that furries create drama. Sure enough, any time anyone does or posts anything vaguely related to furry in a non-mocking manner, the 4channers flip their shit over it and create massive amounts of drama. This is roughly analogous to having neighborhood cats climb on your car, shooting at them with a gun every time you see them doing so, and then claiming cats cause bullet holes.
Which isn't to say furries don't suck and deserve to be made war on. The /b/tards are just really fucking incompetent about it. For further evidence, please see The Great Furry Protest of 07.
Unfortunately, this reveals the truth about how the War will ultimately play out... the furries will win. For as long as a single furry exists that refuses to be chased away, refuses to hide, or simply continues existing in blissful ignorance (and there will always be plenty of furfags with no shame and thus no ability to be humiliated or driven into silence), those who wage war on them will continue to fly into foamy-mouthed rage over the gall of these deviants for continuing to exist. And since by the /b/tards' own rules, causing your opponent to become angry or sad is a victory, even onto the end of time a single furry may triumph over thousands with the mere utterance of the word "yiff".
